cnc router table
Resolve how a cnc router table will hold nested parts, connect extraction and replay software before treating factory numbers as comparable. This dossier is a procurement checklist for project interfaces, not an engineering stamp, sustainability pledge or compliance certificate from this website.

Project interfaces
Project interfaces: Upstream
Record sheet infeed path, cart aisle, and whether the longest panel overhangs the cnc router table. Loading clearance around the cutting area belongs in the RFQ even when the advertised envelope looks large enough on paper. If a spoilboard, pods or mechanical clamps are already on site, list what stays so factories do not double-count or omit hold-down hardware.
Control boundary
Name who owns the controller, postprocessor and CAD/CAM seats. Ask whether the demonstration file can be opened, edited and recut after SAT without buying extra licences. Extraction hoods, vacuum pumps and software seats are separate commercial objects; a table-only quote is not a complete cell even if the gantry photograph looks finished.
Downstream
Define how nested parts and skeletons leave the table, where chips go, and which spare collets travel with the crate. FAT should use a buyer nest that includes small parts; SAT should replay that nest on the installed utilities. Keep the vacuum map and tool list with the acceptance record rather than relying on a showroom video.
